Processing Times
All products are handmade in small batches with care and attention to detail.
Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing before shipment. Business days do not include weekends, holidays, or carrier closures.
Processing times may increase during launches, promotions, restocks, holidays, and periods of high order volume.
Selecting expedited shipping at checkout does not reduce processing time. Expedited shipping only affects the speed of delivery once your order has shipped.
Shipping Policy
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive tracking information via email.
Sweet Girl Loft is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before placing an order. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require additional postage before being reshipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Sweet Girl Loft is no longer responsible for the package.
If your package is lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location where packages can be received safely.
Multiple Shipments
In some cases, orders may ship in separate packages.
This may occur due to inventory availability, packaging requirements, product restocks, or production schedules.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, tracking information will be provided for each package.
Handmade Product Disclaimer
Our products are handmade in small batches.
Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, shimmer, texture, consistency, and appearance are normal and do not affect product quality or performance.
Product photos are intended as examples and may differ slightly from the item received.
Fragrance Disclaimer
Fragrance is a personal experience and may vary from person to person.
Scent strength, longevity, projection, and fragrance preferences are subjective and may be influenced by body chemistry, environment, application method, and individual perception.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges based on scent preference.
Ingredient & Allergy Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before purchasing and using our products.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review each situation individually and work to resolve verified issues.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to make changes to products, fragrances, quantities, shipping addresses, or payment information.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We are committed to resolving customer concerns fairly and professionally.
Customers agree to contact Sweet Girl Loft before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks for delivered products may be challenged using order records, tracking information, proof of delivery, customer communications, and other supporting documentation.
Wholesale & Private Label Orders
Wholesale, custom, and private label orders require full payment before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Due to the customized nature of these orders, payments are non-refundable once production has started.
Production timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Membership Terms
Sweet Girl Club memberships are billed automatically according to the selected subscription plan.
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Membership discounts may not be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.
Benefits, perks, discounts, and membership offerings may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, import charges, or other fees required by their country.
Sweet Girl Loft is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, international carrier delays, or import processing.
