Processing Times

  • All orders require 1–7 business days for processing before shipping.
  • During times of sales processing time can be up to 10 business days.
  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing may be on the longer end of this window.

Shipping

  • Once processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) after your package has left our facility.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Refunds & Returns

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns due to the handmade and personal nature of our products.
  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can assist.

Exchanges

  • We do not accept exchanges. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.

Order Cancellations

  • Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

A: No, all sales are final. Due to the personal and handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?
A: Once your package is scanned as delivered by the carrier, Sweet Girl Loft is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please file a claim with USPS/UPS.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States (you can expand this later if you like).

Q: How does the Sweet Girl Club membership work?
A: Members pay $19.99/month and receive 20% off all orders, free shipping on orders $50+, free deluxe samples every other month, VIP early access, and surprise perks. Memberships require a minimum 2-month commitment before cancellation.

Q: Can I cancel my order after purchase?
A: No, once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
