Processing Times

  • All orders require 1–14 business days for processing before shipping.
  • During times of sales processing time increases.
  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing may be on the longer end of this window.

Shipping

  • Once processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) after your package has left our facility.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

📦 Separate Packages & Combined Orders

At times, your order may arrive in multiple packages. This can happen if items are processed, packaged, or shipped from different batches or departments within our facility. Don’t worry, if one package arrives first, the rest are always on the way!

We do our best to keep shipping costs low and ensure products arrive safely and in perfect condition. Because of this, some items may ship separately based on availability, size, or packaging type (for example, body butters and perfume oils may ship in different boxes).

If your tracking shows multiple shipments, please allow a few extra days for the remaining packages to arrive before reaching out to our team.

Refunds & Returns

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns due to the handmade and personal nature of our products.
  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can assist.

Exchanges

  • We do not accept exchanges. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.

Order Cancellations

  • Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
